Natural Stone Disclaimer
Natural stones—including granite, marble, quartzite, limestone, schist, and soapstone—contain inherent imperfections, including fissures, pits, and color variations. These are not defects. Stone may be filled with resin or epoxy at the quarry. Variations in finish, tone, and pattern should be expected. We do not warrant natural stone beyond initial installation quality.

Engineered Surfaces (Quartz, Ultra-Compact)
Engineered materials contain natural components but are man-made. While non-porous, they are not indestructible. Cutting boards, trivets, and care according to the manufacturer’s guidelines are required. Warranty coverage is subject to the manufacturer’s terms.

Specialty Finishes
Matte, honed, leathered, or textured finishes require additional maintenance and are more susceptible to fingerprints, smudging, and staining. These finishes are not covered by stain or wear warranties.

Care & Maintenance
All countertops must be cared for using stone-safe products. Kitchen Cosmetics recommends resealing natural stone annually. Cutting directly on stone or placing hot pans on the surface voids all workmanship guarantees.
